Fanatics Markets is the prediction market from Fanatics, the sports merchandise and betting company. It launched on December 3, 2025. Fanatics doesn’t run its own exchange: it acts as an introducing broker, and the contracts are listed and cleared by Crypto.com’s CFTC-regulated exchange. How Fanatics Markets works

• Broker: Fanatics bought Paragon Global Markets in July 2025. Paragon is a CFTC-registered introducing broker and NFA member, trading as Fanatics Markets IB.
• Exchange and clearing: contracts are listed and cleared by Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA), the same exchange behind Crypto.com‘s own prediction products.
• Markets: the first phase covered sports, finance, economics and politics. Fanatics said a second phase in early 2026 would add crypto, stocks and IPOs, climate, pop culture, tech and AI, movies and music.
• Where: at launch it was live in 10 states: Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota and Utah. Fanatics said 14 more, including California, Florida, Georgia, Texas and Wisconsin, would follow. We couldn’t confirm the current list from an official source, so check the app for your state.

Legal status

CDNA is a CFTC-regulated exchange, and Fanatics’ broker is CFTC-registered. We found no 2026 state enforcement action aimed at Fanatics Markets specifically, but the state fights over sports event contracts affect every platform that lists them. See Is Kalshi legal? for the national picture.
