Crypto.com runs its own CFTC-registered exchange and clearing house in the US, Crypto.com Derivatives North America, and lists event contracts on sports, finance, politics and culture there. In February 2026 it launched OG, a standalone prediction markets app, and its contracts also power other apps, including Underdog and, since 2026, FanDuel Predicts’ sports markets. This profile covers how it works and where it stands legally, from company announcements and reputable reporting, checked October 2026.
How it works
- Crypto.com app and OG. Event contracts are available through Crypto.com and through OG, a predictions-only app on iPhone, Android and the web, launched in early February 2026 ahead of the Super Bowl.
- Partners. Underdog began offering Crypto.com’s sports contracts in September 2025. FanDuel Predicts added Crypto.com contracts in June 2026 and moved its sports contracts there. OG launched with partners including Fanatics.
- Markets. Sports, financial, political, cultural and entertainment events.
Legal status
- Nevada: after a federal judge denied Crypto.com a preliminary injunction against Nevada’s regulators in October 2025, it agreed to stop offering sports and other event contracts to Nevada residents from November 3, 2025.
- Ninth Circuit, August 2026: on August 28, the same day it ruled against Kalshi in Nevada, the appeals court upheld the denial of Crypto.com’s injunction. Crypto.com has asked the US Supreme Court to review that decision (No. 26-344); Nevada’s response is due November 16, 2026.
- Washington: the state agreed in August 2026 not to enforce against OG until related federal appeals are resolved. See Washington.
