The 2026 World Series
The 2026 World Series is the Milwaukee Brewers against the Tampa Bay Rays. Neither franchise had won a World Series before, so either way baseball gets a first-time champion. Milwaukee swept the Los Angeles Dodgers 4–0 in the National League Championship Series; Tampa Bay beat the Cleveland Guardians 4–2 in the American League Championship Series.
The Brewers won the first three games, 3–2, 5–4 and 10–1. Games 4 and 5 were scheduled in Tampa Bay on October 27 and 28, and Games 6 and 7, if needed, in Milwaukee on October 30 and 31. Checked October 28, 2026 against CBS Sports’ series schedule and results.
Once the series is decided and the venues settle these markets, the tables on this page switch to next season’s World Series market when Polymarket and Kalshi list it.

Reading baseball odds
Even a clearly better baseball team loses single games often, and in a best-of-seven series every result moves the price sharply because so few games are left. Starting pitchers matter more game to game than in most sports, so prices can shift when rotations are announced. Kalshi lists MLB as “Pro Baseball” and names teams by city; Polymarket uses “MLB” and full team names. The tables above match them automatically.
