How NBA title odds move
Championship futures in basketball are driven by star health more than in any other sport: one superstar injury can cut a contender’s price in half overnight. Trade-deadline deals in February, seeding races in spring and playoff matchups all move the market. Early in the season, prices also reflect how well a team’s roster is expected to fit together, so they can swing sharply after the first few weeks.
Kalshi lists the NBA as “Pro Basketball” and teams by city; Polymarket uses “NBA” with full team names. The table above matches them automatically.
