Limitless is a crypto prediction market built on Base, the Ethereum layer-2 network. It’s known for short-dated crypto price markets, including 15-minute contracts, and also lists finance, sports, esports and politics. A US affiliate has applied to the CFTC to become a designated contract market, but that application hadn’t been decided when we checked. This profile covers what we could confirm, as of October 2026.
How Limitless works
- On-chain: markets run on Base, and you trade with a crypto wallet rather than a bank account.
- Markets: crypto prices over short windows, such as 15 minutes, plus finance, sports, esports and politics.
- Team: co-founded in December 2023; CJ Hetherington is chief executive.
Can Americans use Limitless?
We couldn’t find an official statement on current US access. What’s on record is that Limitless Markets US, LLC filed an application with the CFTC to become a designated contract market, the federal licence Kalshi holds. The CFTC lists it as pending, filed May 1, 2026. Until the CFTC decides, treat US availability as unconfirmed, and read Limitless’s own terms before you sign up.
